Elia’s Paws was created in Pirkanmaa to give people peace of mind when leaving their pets at home. Unlike large, impersonal services, it promises direct, transparent care — built on love for animals and trust between neighbours. Starting from zero, the brand needed to stand out with a warm, professional look that felt approachable yet credible. The result is a scalable identity system that blends playful charm with clarity, ensuring consistency across social media, merchandise, and everyday touchpoints.

The strategy was built around a single goal: Elia’s Paws had to feel like a trusted member of the community rather than another impersonal service. The brand was framed around values of transparency, personal care, and genuine love for animals. The positioning was designed to address not only the practical side of pet sitting but also the emotions of reassurance and comfort. Instead of resembling a generic agency, Elia’s Paws was intended to be seen as a neighbour who truly cares. Every element — from tone of voice to colour palette — was crafted to reinforce a sense of trust while maintaining a professional, credible appearance.

The design system was created to capture the essence of Elia’s Paws by balancing joy with reliability. At its core stands the logo: a pawmark integrated with rounded type, symbolising warmth, care, and companionship. Typography plays a central role: Fredoka communicates friendliness and approachability in headlines, while Lato ensures clarity and balance in longer text. The colour palette combines vibrant yellows with deep greens, reflecting both optimism and nature, while darker tones anchor the identity with professionalism. Together, these choices form a visual language that is distinctive, versatile, and easy to reproduce across media. The system was intentionally designed to be flexible and scalable, ensuring consistency while allowing adaptation to future needs.

The identity was applied across multiple touchpoints to create consistency, friendliness, and trustworthiness in every interaction. Social media templates were developed to maintain a recognisable style when sharing pet stories, announcing services, or posting community updates. Playful paw accents were introduced to add character without overwhelming the message.
